Mechanism of action: 

• Luliconazole exact mechanism of action against dermatophytes is unknown, Luliconazole appers to inhibit ergosterol synthesis by inhibiting the enzyme lanosterol dernethylase. 
• Inhibition of this enzyme's activity by azoles results in decreased amounts of ergosterol, a constituent of fungal cell membranes and a corresponding accumulation 
• It works by slowing the growth of fungi that cause infection

Indications : 

• Athlete's foot (Treat tines pedis fungal infection of the skin on the feet and between the toes) 
• Jock itch (Treat Linea cruris fungal infection of the skin in the groin or buttocks) 
• Ringworm (Treat tinea corporis : fungal skin nfection that causes a red scaly rash on different parts of the body)
